Please read before emailing:

  • If you are looking for tracking and haven’t got it yet, Please check your inbox for an email with the tracking directly from Canada Post!
  • If you are emailing because your package is late, unfortunately there is nothing we can do. All packages are at least a week or two late, and more in some cases. Canada Post will not give us anymore info, other than the entire country is feeling the same pain. We will pass along, what they have told us “Please be patient, they are working around to clock to clear the backlog due to the pandemic, they have no more info than what you see on the website”
